I felt genuinely welcomed by Jake. He never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. He set up the major servicing exactly as I requested. His communication of additional items discovered during inspection was excellent. Detailing my car was an especially nice touch. I recently had another of my vehicles serviced at another dealer. While they were courteous and competent, everything seemed rushed and communication was difficult. They did accomplish the work. I would give them a "C". I give Jake and Lexus of Valencia an "A+"

Paperwork does not spell out that oil used is synthetic.
Also manual does not spell out that auto close outside mirrors has to be activated by key fob. I tried numerous times to get them working, but used inside lock when exiting the car.
Manual says software to change open/close is handled by dealer! Rewrite manual to match actual workings of mirrors.
