Why make appointments? 2 hours for an oil change, that turned into 3 hours. I rather be informed up front. I would have made arrangements to come back when the vehicle was ready. Just a suggestion.

Oil change took 4 hours. Service advisor had mentioned that there were many non-appointment customers and that was the reason it took this long. Customers with appoitments should be able to get their vehicles serviced first.

The service department refused to repair the 4 month old new car under warranty. I did not feel heard or respected ant the services department. It’s been 4 days with promises of a returned phone call that I still haven’t gotten. Also, this is the 4th time I have brought the car in for repairs on a brand new Lexus NX 350. So very disappointed!!!
