Waited over 4 hours for a flat tire to be done. But it was not just the wait. It was the way it was handled that makes me not want to come back.

David your advisor insisted that I was at fault with regard to the dash board stating that I was getting 19 mpg. He went as far to say that the diagnostices test showed I was accelerating on the gas. He as an advisor stated that 19 mpg was within the NORMAL range. The car went through inspection and nothing was found wrong. I asked for a manager. I ended up resetting the odometer button which corrected the problem. I have been a generational Toyota customer. This was my first encounter with Lexus. I was almost in tears as I thought I had purchased a lemon.
