I purposely set my personal belongings in a specific way so I could tell if someone had gone through them, when I got my car back someone was clearly rummaging through my things. I also was asked if I wanted a car wash which I said yes to & my car was in worst condition than I had dropped it off. I had gotten a wash only the weekend prior. Also I called David he said he’d call me back, never did, I followed up & left a voicemail & I still never heard from him. I also spoke with Simon in Finance who said he would call me Monday about a separate issue & also never heard from him. Honestly Lexus of Valencia has been nothing but bad experience after bad experience from day one. I regret resigning my lease, you guys do not care or take care of your customers. Highly do not recommend.
