I was extremely impressed with Edward’s professionalism and efficiency.
I received excellent service care and customer service from Edward at Lexus of Valencia. I've never had such a pleasant experience getting my car service before. I set an appointment and I came in and signed my paperwork. Edward was very friendly and professional! I mentioned some concerns with some items in the car, he noted them and had them fixed. He provided me updates on the car patiently. He accommodated all of my transportation needs while the car was being serviced. A big shout out to Edward. I would highly recommend working with him next time you need your car serviced.
