Kimberly was terrible. She claimed my warranty only covered 90,000 miles. I payed over $1000 out of pocket. Come to find out my warranty was good for 125,000 miles. I was only reimbursed $300 because I had 4 spark plugs and coils replaced when I only needed one replaced, that’s all the warranty covered because I only had 1 bad spark plug. She was rude and came off annoyed when I asked her to simple questions that pertained to her job. I’m very upset with Thompson Honda and believe she should be fired.

I was very disappointed to take off work and drive 30 minutes from my home to sit for 40 minutes on Monday at Honda only to be told they didn’t have the part needed to fix my car and that I would have to come back on Wednesday. This meant driving up again, taking off work again, and wasting more gas. I understand that mistakes happen, the parts should have been ordered and they weren’t and that’s ok. My problem is I was never offered so much as an “I’m sorry for your inconvenience.” In fact I was told they didn’t have the parts because the person that did the checking didn’t realize they would need it and that I didn’t agree to it being fixed the day it was discovered during an oil change. So not only no apology, but it was made to seem like my fault that the part was not ordered to fix the car. I even called before I left my house to confirm my appointment. I usually have a wonderful experience at Honda with very friendly service but unfortunately this was not the case with my most recent visit.
