This question is too vague. Am I completely satisfied with the service the mechanics performed? “yes”. Does Kimberly need to improve on some very basic customer service skills? “yes”. For example, I didn’t see her smile once and her tone of voice and demeanor were unenthusiastic. The other gentleman in the service department and the parts department were very courteous and helpful. They are the reason I answered the way I did, and they are the reason I will come back.

My service was fine except that my lug nuts were not tightened well at all. One tire was literally rattling as I drove down the road from the dealership because the lug nuts were not even hand tight. I stopped and tightened them myself to make it home safely. I was very disappointed in this oversight.

I did not get a text when my vehicle service was completed until I called Kimberly around 4pm to see the status of my car that I had dropped off at 11:00am. She said the service would take 1-2 hrs. I live in Greencastle. I needed to know if my car was going to be ready when we drove the 50 minutes to pick it up. It’s a really nice service to be notified when our car is ready. She said that she sent several messages. Didn’t you get them? Before I called I only got one text that stated that my car was checked in so I’m not sure where she sent the messages that it was ready. When I clicked on the link to see if it would tell me if my car was ready, I saw thumbs up but not my car was ready.

We had an emissions warning come up on our display, we asked for it to be taken care of. We were told that to diagnose the problem it would cost 84.00 to 135.00, when I can go to Napa or auto zone and get a free diagnostic test. I am sorry but we will no longer be usingHonda service for any reason!

Only complaint I have is my screen should have been cleaned off from being reinstalled. It was filthy on one side with some kind of residue.
