Tim takes great care of us and gets our cars in a timely matter. Bud has always been a great person to work with and even with the questions after the first service call, he and his staff took great care of me.

Tim and the manager Bud were extremely nice and helpful. We bought all our vehicles from Honda because they provided great services. But the other young man at the front was very rude and unfriendly. We started with him. Fortunately, we were able to talk to Bud and Tim. The other young was very unfriendly each time we talked to him. So we especially appreciated the professionalism both Bud and Tim provided to us.

After my recent visit today for an oil change, I was driving home and heard a noise. The noise proceeded to get louder through out the evening. When my fiancé got home from work he looked under my vehicle to find my skid plate hanging. It is now scratched up. We are not happy about the damage done.

They gave me my car back from the previous visit when they knew it wasn’t; fixed. The rear brakes were sticking/clicking from the time we picked up the car on July 14.
In each of the last 3 or 4 visits, the communication has been horrible. I used to get regular updates as to what is going on. For the last two visits specifically, I would not hear anything unless I called. There were also 4 specific times where I was told I would receive a follow-up, or my car would be done which were not met.
Originally I was told my vehicle would be done on Thursday, July 13. It didn’t happen. They I was told my vehicle would be by lunch on Friday, July 14. That didn’t happen and I had to call to find out what was going on. They told me they would have an update by 2:00. At 3:00 I called them for an update. They said it would be done by the end of the day, which it was.
For the most recent visit, I received no contact from them until after when I followed up with them. I was told they weren’t sure of the ETA, but they would follow-up with me by the end of the day. That never happened. The next morning they did call to say there was an issue with a wheel bearing. I wanted more info and they said they would follow-up by 10:00 am. At 11:00 I heard from them.
I am just tired of the terrible customer service, and the fact that I feel like I am being charged for things that aren’t wrong. Lately, every time I drop my cars off, problems seem to magically appear. I am surprised I haven’t been told my muffler bearings are worn, or that my blinker fluid is low. It is ridiculous and I will not be taking my cars there anymore, and we will not be buying a Honda for our next vehicle.

The oil change, wiper blades, and cabin filter I was completely satisfied with. But, I really needed the collision Mitigation sensor looked at. They did not have anyone that could look at it. Also, they told me it would be 6 months to get one. If I need someone to look at it, I could take it to Bloomington.
Makes me want to trade off my Honda. Because I can’t get these lights to go away on my dash. My cruise control does not work. My service brake light stays on. I didn’t even get an actual price on the part. Only told it was probably $1500 or $2000. Plus, installation and calibration.
