Kimberly was terrible to deal with. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Thompson’s Honda and Kimberly. They couldn’t fix my car but still charged me $320 dollars. She also told me my door handles weren’t covered under my warranty and gave a price quote to have them fixed. I took my car to dorsett Hyundai where they fixed my car and my door handles which were all covered under my warranty. I absolutely will not bring my car back there or ever deal with Kimberly again. Thanks.
