Not at all satisfied- Couldn’t get it in for a week & a half, so took it somewhere else because I needed my car! Had the problem diagnosed & fixed so it was drivable. Showed Honda had a bulletin update that needed to be done by Honda so brought there so that could be done. I knew the there was a spark plug problem but as your guy at the desk informed me, you don’t use 3rd party diagnostics!! So did the whole diagnostics again. Kimberly called me & gave me the cost to repair $1396. Then 5 min later called me back to say she forgot to add on the labor so now would be $4400!! Wow. quite the difference! And refused to do the bulletin upgrade until they did all the work! Got my car & left!

My estimated time for completion of this recall was 2 hours. After 3 1/2 hours I went back up to the check-in desk and my paperwork was laying on another desk. He wasn’t aware it was there. Who knows how long I was kept needlessly waiting. Poor service! Also, I had some custom decorative bolt covers for my license plate (with Honda logos) that were not replaced. Just gone??

Your employees in service are not very personable. They act like their job is a chore. They need to be more friendly with the customers. Also you need a sign telling customers to go inside when they pull in. In my old dealership in Dallas they had a young man who directed you where to go and checked you in before you saw your service rep. They didn’t let you sit in the car until someone finally told you where to go.
