There was a bit of a hiccup with a loaner car being offered to me for a repair that was being done. It wasnt there for me. Brandon tried his best to make the situation better. I wasnt thr happiest of customers as it caused a shift in my plans for the day. But he remained professional and offered me a couple of free oil change coupons.

I was told I’d have an estimate for my broken sensor when I picked up my vehicle and I didn’t. I also showed him my Costco 15% off coupon when I dropped off my vehicle and he said he’d make sure it was added. I got the bill texted to me and again reminded him of the discount and it wasn’t added. It was taken care of when I picked it up.
