The head service manager did not order all of the parts for the hitch to be installed, so it took three extra days to finish, and there was no apology or anything from her regarding this.

By the way, as I was walking out to get my van after having it serviced, a member of your team was walking toward me and asked if I was getting my vehicle. When I responded that I was, he offered to get my van saying it was really messy with the melting snow and he took my keys and drove my van over to me. I was very impressed by his thoughtfulness!

We have scheduled appointments twice. Both times, the staff had almost no idea what was going on and the correct parts were not present at the scheduled time.
We ended up getting a free oil change today, but we are very disappointed with the results we've seen so far and definitely do not plan on returning to this location.
