Communication needs to be better. Dropped the vehicle off the night before for a morning appt the next day. Was told the vehicle would be ready at 4pm. Didn’t hear anything about an update. Showed up to pick up vehicle at 2pm and was told that they didn’t have time to work on it. Asked if I could drop off again on Monday. Said I needed the vehicle for the weekend. Was given a rental until Thursday which made the situation better. Communication is key and unfortunately that didn’t happen.

When I arrived there was a lot of confusion between the worker on where they wanted me to pull in and even park. Then I explained again what services I needed at that visit, but asked about 4 additional times and each time asked with confusion but resolved each time. Then my service was supposed to take approximately 1 hour but coming back up to the counter after that hour I was told my vehicle was done and ready for me to check out. Complete confusion when I got to checkout as they did not have any of my information, so they had to call to find out where my car was, only to discover they had not even started working on my vehicle. At this point we were told “we can take care of the oil change “ which was already taken care of as it is part of the services included with a new vehicle purchase. I have never had that level of confusion at any dealership ever, it really seems like the staff do not know what they are doing. I also do not understand why my vehicle was moved and parked out front instead of being worked on.
