Scott did a fabulous job on my 2008 Toyota Prius which is past 330,000 miles and still running. If it wasn’t for non-use which drained the battery, it wouldn’t have needed service. I had problems with attaching a new license plate and finally it was completed by Scott. Scott was thorough in letting me know what I should replace in order to keep it in good running condition, he was great at communicating and returning calls to make sure everything was running ok and explaining things I had questions about. I would love to
have him as my personal mechanic there at Carlson Toyota. Thank you for getting my first Prius/back up Prius up and running so I can see how much miles I can put on it before its life ends. ????

When the oil change was complete and I paid my bill for oil change and tire rotation. I went to my car and found my antenna was on the passenger side floor along with some items from my glove box.
Why are your employees going thru the glove box?
Why was the antenna taken off and not reinstalled?
I could not take the time yesterday to complain.
