Will was very nice but I was a little upset when he told me he didn’t want to change my oil yet because I wasn’t driving as many miles as I was supposed to. This was first service at 5500 miles and 10 months of driving.
I expect to wait if I drop in, but if I make an appointment, it upsets me to have to wait an hour before they bring my car in and then it takes 10 minutes for the service.
You can do better than this - and need to if you want my business.

I’ve be a customer for years. This was a bad experience. I was pressured to keep my car there longer. I had an appointment to get it looked at. Then told maybe we can have someone look at it tomorrow. I signed the check in form, unknowingly signing the $170 fee to get my car looked at. I’ve never had to do that. Was it because I selected “I don't know” on the online scheduler? I paid $220 for them to tell me my car “might” be burning oil and suggested I get a new engine. Very disappointed.
