Wendy was fantastic. So when it comes to Wendy, it’s all thumbs up. Also, Preston is the man nothing but helpful. I’ve also had a great experience with Nick in finance before he was in finance and after. The problem was with whoever was answering the phone on two different occasions. I tried for an hour to find the status of my car. They have been there since 8 AM. I called it to no one called me back. I called at 2:40. No one called me back and finally I got a hold of Wendy and everything was good. So let’s be clear people getting messages are not giving them. Everyone else does a great job. Maybe it was just an extra busy day. Not sure thank you. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences, a Toyota, even though my wife has purchased three cars there and my son one and now myself two. If someone’s interested, I would love to explain otherwise thank you.

I had my vehicle in (Rav 4) and my wife’s vehicle (Camry) and she did not receive a car wash or the sticker in the window stating when her oil change was due and my vehicle received these. Also, she had called and canceled everything other than her oil change but they still had the other maintenance stuff still on there. In addition she received a tire rotation and didn’t ask for it and she just got new tires.

It tookn2 hours to get my car through a basic maintenance visit. I'm pretty sure it sat for over an hour because I wasn't asked if I would approve filters that were needed. It was entered in the system when I went to check, but didn't come to my cell phone until the rep I checked with submitted it. The text message I sent checking why my vehicle was still in arrived status after 90 minutes was never answered.
