This has nothing much to do with Craig, but everytime I do a car service, the person who is helping always seems to tell me that I need something done with my car. That it should be done every 10, 20, 30, thousand miles or so. If that's the case, why when I hit those miles long ago, no one mentioned that to me when when I came in for a service at that time. I understand the regular oil change, tires rotation, that needs to be done. For an example, I've been told multiple times that I need to maybe change my filters, I believe my cabinet filters or air filters, but every time that I go there, no one mentions it again. I didn't change the filters, so why aren't they asking this time that I need it to be changed, yet something else needs to be done. I will look more into why I'm always be asked that something needs to be done & ask around. Another example is, I needed this particular thing done at every 20 thousand miles or at 40 thousand miles, this needs to be done. Well, I'm at 60 so thousand miles & had multiple services during before hitting 60k, why didn't anyone mention it then??? It's not like I'm going to different Toyota dealerships & they don't have the info. I appreciate the service members mentioning what is needed to be done at this time, but I wished everyone was on the same page. It almost seems like I'm being sold a different service which isn't really needed

I was told my tires were brought to 35 pounds and when I drove away I checked and they were all at 32. I had to stop at a tire place on my way home and get air in every tire. Sloppy work, made me wonder what else in the 20 point check they missed or skipped! As an elderly woman, I absolutely need to feel is safe and confident when I get behind the wheel.
Under inflated tires are a hazard for many reasons.

I brought my 4Runner in for glitching stereo and screen using apple play. I was told they fixed it with a software update. On the drive home. I had the same problem so I brought it in again. I was told they fixed it again with the software update. They drove it around and said there was no problem. On the drive home I had the same problem again. I have tried various phones and cables and I have the same issue, very frustrating.

I had made an appointment for new tires. The service man”Will” told me it would take at least two hours. My appointment was at 11:15 on Wednesday October 4th. When I arrive they did not have my tires and told me it would be 4 hours. It actually took 5 hours 15 minutes. My tires should have been there and the time of service was poorly communicated.
