From check in to check out for an oil change being almost 90 minutes is excessive.

8a appt yesterday for windshield replacement and tire patch. Had coordinated with TC auto glass to be first appt 8a. I got my receipt from them at 9:30. I heard nothing for an hr. At 1030 I asked the desk and they said it should be soon. At 1140 I asked again… he said they were just getting back. I didn’t get my car til 1p. No communication unless I asked. Sitting there for 5 hrs with only customer led communication when I had a 8a appt was very frustrating

I am told there is a wait from all that has come in. Now I wait 2 hours a little bit more of a wait than expected. Other than that great service. Thank you.
