Matt was wonderful and you must have brought your appointment scheduling back in house. I was actually dreading bringing my vehicle in and was hesitant to call to make an appointment. Your previous appointment scheduler was, to be quite direct, **** and impatient. The person that called me was friendly helpful and polite. What Carlson Toyota USED to be like! I am actually looking forward to my next service visit. Thank you for bringing back the level service we have come to expect from Carlson.

New 2025 RAV4. 4000 miles. Slow leak in one tire. Slowlyy increased to about 3 PSI per day. Other 3 tires stayed at same pressure every day. Took to Carlson Toyota on 2/22. Nic said there was no leak and that was just normal fluctuation. I asked how much is normal. He said up to one quarter PSI. I pointed out that 3 PSI is 12 times that amount. He repeated that it is normal. I pointed out that there was no fluctuation in any of the other 3 tires. He had no response. He said it was because of the earlier cold weather. I pointed out that the extreme cold had stopped several days ago and I was still needing to inflate every day. He said change in barometric pressure could do it. Stupid thing to say. He persisted that there was nothing wrong. I told him that I needed to be sure that it was safe since my wife is ill and we need to travel to Mayo on Monday. He said he has seen this before and would stake his job on there not being anything wrong. Told him I would remember that. It's now Sunday afternoon and we are waiting outside of church for Toyota roadside service to come to replace flat tire.
