I always appreciate the service I receive from the Service Center employees at Carlson Toyota. Everyone I've interacted with has been polite, professional, and communicates clearly with me (leaving no room for misinterpretation or confusion).
I honestly did not expect to receive my car back the same day because it was an unexpected and unscheduled visit, and it would have been fine to not get it back the same day (I know how busy Carlson usually is). Nonetheless, I had my car back within 5 hours of dropping it off. Y'all never fail to impress!
