In person experience was great with all workers. Had a very difficult time trying to get a hold of anyone to get updates on my vehicle over the phone.
I expressed my frustrations about this and management acknowledged the error and was very complimentary.
I am overall satisfied with Carlson Toyota and would still recommend it.

It was a hassle finding out at 3pm that they couldn’t service my vehicle, and I asked for paper work to be send over and the email to be answered I sent with all my last questions and no response was given from the sales representative. It just felt like a waste of time having the car for two days and them not working to find out if I could even have it serviced there. As I called Burnsville as well and asked and both dealers said it could be serviced at Burnsville Toyota

One of the stems on my new tires is too short to air up at a standard gas station air machine. I know this because my four brand-new tires were a tad low and slightly uneven when I got the car back, so I attempted to air the tires up. On the passenger rear tire, when I attempted to add air, the stem was too short to seal the valve and all it did was release air. I also didn’t receive any data on the alignment, which (in combination with the tire pressure) makes me feel unsure about whether it happened. When I took possession of the car, there were several objects normally in my glove compartment that were on the floor of the car and the passenger seat was tipped way back. I would have stayed there to resolve all this, but I had already been there four full hours and didn’t have time to stay.
