Nick was great and communicated everything within a timely manner. The maintenance staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. The only issue I had was with service/cash/front desk. When calling in to get transferred the staff seemed annoyed and put me on hold for a long period of time and never picked my call up so after 10 min hold I hung up.

Had an 11:30 appointment got out of there at 3:30. For a battery, check unacceptable battery under warranty. Your checking is very fast. But then you hide he vehicle. Nobody knows what's going on. Only person to talk to is the guy that checked you in. You cannot see your vehicle to see if anybody's working on it. Don't even know if it's in the same facility
4 hours later they bring me a bill with the battery on the bill. For battery plus injection cleaner. And a battery charger your upsell is something else should have just put the battery in before you brought the bill out
Once you brought the bill out another half hour. Waiting for the battery to be installed you need to have one mechanic working on one vehicle. Not jumping around 4 other vehicles. From talking to other people in your waiting room
They all seem to have the same reaction. Waiting too long for what should be done faster. Do you need to hire more mechanics

Although I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, he was very thorough, friendly understanding and compassionate came in for oil change left with better feeling about my vehicle than I’ve had for at least a year now of course I’ll be back for break soon, but even though I was there for three hours today just for an oil change between the TVs, the comfy chairs, the snacks, the coffee, and the people I’d say you guys are pretty amazing

I dropped my car off the night before for a 7:45 appointment. I got notification at 12:15 that they were do a walk though and here was a video. They suggested it have two thing done on the app but nothing more. No idea how those two services would benefit my call. It became 4pm and no communication so I called had to leave a message get a call at 445 to say it's done and sending final bill. Upon receiving bill on app they suggest another service but no further explosion if this if effecting car and if it causing more damage to car. I think I am going to take it somewhere else to get a second option and hope they do a better job at communicating with there customers.
