I had made a visit the week before to have my car serviced. Oil and tire rotation. Upon checkin, I mentioned an unusual engine compartment noise that my wife was hearing from the engine compartment. I was told that I was gonna have to set up a separate appointment, which I did. The appointment was at noon. I showed up yesterday 20 minutes early. And I waited well over two hours. They came back with all is normal. I seriously doubt that the technical analysis and effort put forth took anywhere near that amount of time. Not a great customer experience.

There was a discrepancy when measuring the tread on my tires, between the tire specialist and the tech doing my tire rotation. I believe I do need new tires, but unsure if it is as urgent as I had been told. Unfortunately there was an error on billing when I checked out. It was corrected after I pointed it out.
