I dealt w Leena in the service dept-my Tacoma developed an oil leak that needed 2visits to the mechanics to fix. Lena called me multiple times over the 10 days to fix this oil leak problem. She had a loaner vehicle ready for pick up, all the paperwork done and ready….Leena was a HUGE help in a situation that was less than optimal….she was outstanding in providing the service required for this event….give her a raise!!
