This is my third time not getting a car wash done at this location after asking the service person that I had wanted a car wash along with all of my other services I got done that day. I find it redundant to make another stop in just to get a car wash done when it should have been done already. I have not had this issue with any other Toyota dealerships.

Craig was great! I have a 2007 Camry with 335000 miles on it. Our 2018 Highlander has a whine in the transmission. I was quoted over $10,000 to replace the transmission. Really? Time to find an honest operation like Carlson used to be.
