Scott was great. Very pleasant and engaging. I brought my car in to have a multi point inspection done and the engine air filter replaced. I assumed it would be a rather quick process, but after waiting a couple of hours with no text updates, I asked Scott to check on it. He immediately went to check and said it was ready, but his system had not updated to show completion. As I left the dealership, the “need maintenance” notice appeared on the dashboard screen, so I had to take the car back to the dealership to have it reset.
