I arrived at the dealership on time for a 1:45pm appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour. I got a text on my phone in a few minutes later that the vehicle was checked in and inspected. Then I waited. And waited. No more texts. No one came out to let me know about progress with the service. At 4:15pm I asked a service advisor (not Jeremy) about my vehicle. He went back to check and came out right away with my paperwork and said the vehicle was ready. My impression was that the vehicle had been ready for a long time and no one did anything with the paperwork.
