Seemingly evasive of proceeding with what I believe to be an issue.
Denying that the hvac blower motor makes audible, electric high-pitch buzz. Telling me both “they all sound that way,” yet, “we can’t hear anything.” The issue arose and has progressed. Commented on by other occupants of vehicle. No way it’s “normal” or an effect of recent lower ambient temps.
If you are unwilling to peruse a warranty claim just tell me so that I can get it sorted out.
