Arrived at 12:15 for 12:30 appointment oil change. They said it would be done by 1:30. Looked outside at a quarter to 2:00 and my truck was sitting there. Went up to the counter and asked him if my truck was done. I don't know how long it has been sitting there but they finally brought up my paperwork it was done. Then I got into my vehicle and my antenna was in my passenger seat.

A huge improvement from the last time I was in. I explained to the gentleman that greeted me with a handshake that the reason I haven’t been in to Carlson was that the last time I found oil leaking from my drain plug. I myself had to actually torque the drain plug.
The gentleman said he was aware of quite a few complaints about the same issue and reassured me that that problem has been dealt with and resolved. I love the fact that the technician is doing a short video informing what he sees and what they are doing. 5?????????? in my book. Thank you again and I’ll definitely be back.

I come to your place for oil change and more importantly, the vehicle inspection. I always make and appointment, knowing that I'm going to be waiting in the lobby. The last 2 oil changes have been longer then what they used to be. 80 mins, if a person has an appointment, is too long for me. All my other vehicles (4) I do my own oil changes.
Everyone is so good there, I just wish, with an appointment, wait time would be a little faster. Thank you for your time.

I asked 5 times to have the vehicle washed noting the bugs on front. There no water around my vehicle, bugs and dirt marks still on vehicle. I talked with the cashier 3 of those times making sure it was done and it wasn't. I have brought the vehicle in and every time I have asked for it to be washed and it was never done. She wasn't the only person I mentioned I wanted it done. I know it's a small thing but when asked 8 times and not done. She called to say vehicle was complete and I could come pick it up was the only communication I had with her. I know I can go out of my way and stop and get the vehicle washed..... convenience....
