Brandin was polite and helpful. I told him to have them change air filters if they needed to be changed. He conveyed that request to service team. Service team marked them red - no one talked to me. I received service recommendation to change filter when service person came to tell me service was completed. No mention of filters. When i went to pay, filters werent on invoice. I had to wait an additional half hour and when finally ready - my glove box was open and i havent been able to get it to stay shut.

The service part was great The problem I have is the service advisor had quoted me the price the day before was going to be 600.02 for front brakes and rotors When I paid the bill it was in the upper 600 range so I was little surprised at the final bill

Very disgusted with this service. This problem with the gas gauge must get fixed. Nothing got fixed and I tried to tell them. I just bought this car in April and have had it in three times to fix the problem. I do not think it is ok to blow me off like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I will be bringing it back and I expect it to be fixed

There is a problem with the charges. I clearly said that if it was going to cost $111.22 to change 2 license plate bulbs then I didn't want it done. The agreement was that it would cost $40.00. If after consideration that couldn't be done then I should have been informed and it should not have been done.

Nick was GREAT, but the service area forgot to wash my new vehicle. I left and got several miles away before I realized they hadn't washed it as they had told me they would,so I drove back and had them wash it.
