I came in 3 weeks ago thinking my tire light was on (!!) It also said maintenance required. The guy filled all my tires. I told him my re????maintenance lights were still on and he said drive it a few days and lights should go off., did not. Made appointment and they said they drove it or ran it for 45 minutes., lights off. $102 dollars later. I picked up my Highlander drove out of the parking lot and my maintenance lights were still on. I went back and the guy said (!) was not my care and I needed maintenance,really? What did I pay for? Oh I know he said do you want me to reset dashboard light? Yes!!!! I should have been told all of this 3 weeks ago ago. Came in 2 and a half years ago for oil change and fluids, got home and had no windshield fluid, had to go back. ????????????????????

There werea couple of glitcheswith the schedule. I was call the day before Iwas expecting my service telling me they hadn't They had me scheduled for that day. That was okbecause I was free. So I went inandtherewasno record of .y service schedule anywhere knthe system. The service was to have a remote start with controllers installed. I'm happy To say that Kim in service took over and got me scheduled and took the car a g got me a loaner for the day and said their old be ready I about 5 hours. She was very professional and really nice. Through no fact of her own she later informed me that the mechanic left for the day without finishing the job. She was very sorry and she call me later. The next time we talked She again she informed me the tech was gone for the Thanksgiving holiday but assured meitre would get done on Friday and to keep the loaner. I just picked up the car and as usually everything was done beautifully. This is the first time I've had one hiccups at your shop and I know situations happen. I just wanted you to know what treasure you have in Kim as a prifessional. She picked up the and saw the job throuh keeping me in the loop. I havealways and still do love this shop for the professionals you have on staff. The only thing that bothersome a little is that I got call to come in because I was on the schedule only to get there and have no record of it in the system.
