Service was not completed as promised. I have called back twice leaving a voicemail the first time yesterday that Brandon stated he never received. I called back today and 11:40am and spoke with Brandon. He stated he would get back to me but I have not heard back.

Adam Zimmerman is first high quality person I met. I had to get mad necessary first before the other personnel started listening. Scott was the first person after Lina I told about the paint issue and both never followed up, 3 more times later it is finally dealt with. I purchased the spare tire lock, ceramic coating and interior protection, I was told the interior and exterior protection was completed, both were not done, a dirty roof immediately after said procedure proved it was never done. 3x reminder about the lock was necessary before it got installed. Immediate water penetration on the rear seat and side wicking proved interior treatment was not done and had to be applied. Scott, Lina and several others are very bad examples of customer support. Carlson should think seriously about assigning one person to a customer to insure things are given for products and services they paid for. I give Adam a 10/10 rating and everyone else a 1/10 rating.
