too much because he said when we check the brick no problem the money will not be refund back. At least when you're check the the problem. Split the money into half.

I was very satisfied with the service Mr. Delaney provided to me but very frustrated and unsatisfied with one of the ladies in reception, she was very rude. Also I felt very mislead when I bought the two years service, I felt very cheated. I don’t know what to do. I regret I bought that plan and I am going to pursue some type of complain about it.
