Give Max a 5. His demeanor is happy, vibrant and wants to do the customer right. All was superb until I waited a lil while longer for pickup back to Honda. He forgot to put me on the p/u list. I called later and Mila helped get r dun. But, upon pickup I didn’t mention anything to Max. I been there, know that sometimes, when trying to achieve greatness, sumpin slips. Your shops techs, Max, Mila and the wonderful cashier staff, I’m very happy! Thank you! See you when I get my oil change!
