My car had an outstanding repair issue from the previous repair, and was not thoroughly tested .The newly issued key fobs were not working consistently, and did not facilitate door handle entry/unlocking. Hong facilitated the repair, and I am happy I was able to drive home my vehicle the same day. Hong communicated clearly what to expect.

Hong jumped right on it when I called yesterday to say someone driving too fast and too close past my parked car took off my driver's side mirror. The part assembly came in early this morning. I dropped off the car and got a ride home on the shuttle so I could use my time productively while waiting.
