Carlos knew I was leaving for a trip
And said the car would be done Thursday evening. He wasn't in on Friday and made no arrangements for someone else to call me. I called twice and was told the car was done but that only Carlos could price it out, that he would be in at 7 the next morning. Then when I came at 7 he wasn't there. Not a good experience. Also the price was higher than what he quoted over the phone.

I dropped my car off for an oil change today at 1:30pm. I was told it would take approx. An hour and a half and I did not drive off the lot until 4pm. When I got in my car it was extremely got as though my car had been sitting in the sun for a while.
