The service dept including this agent and manager were very poor at communicating with me about my car and keeping me posted on its status. I had to come in twice in 2 weeks and had my car overnight both times. This agent LIED to me about rental information. LIED, why? The manager had no good answer about this and also did not provide any apology or empathy or explanation. ,There was no empathy or genuine concern about my experience. The service has lost my trust and I’m sure you will care not given all the money you took from me. Ridiculous, you have lost a customer, check out your reviews as this racket and hustle will run out of customers to exploit.

Victor could not have been more helpful and informative.about the recall on my CRV. I had a previous encounter with Victor a few months ago when after a hard reset of the car system he was able to reconnect the blue tooth when seemingly no one else could.. I think he is an excellent employee and a great representative of your company.
