John was courteous, kind, clear, and efficient. He communicated clearly and I really appreciated that he had my car washed after the service. Victor was a great rep. He helped me at such a vulnerable time. He walked me through the car and we both diagnosed the problem. He quoted my price (parts and labor) for the fix and then told me the length of time it would take. The next day he followed up with me and then on Saturday today January 4, 2025 he called and said I could pick my car. I am so happy. I missed my car. Thanks Victor! Heidi and I are back on the road.
