After receiving a software update to address a Honda-known transmission problem created a new problem, Mr. Burr never considered that a software fix maybe wasn’t correctly downloaded and thus, it caused the new problem. His offered solution was to install a rebuilt transmission, an unfathomable expense especially for a 8 year old vehicle. Thus, I left the service appointment having received no help from the dealership and left to research the MDX history on my own. It would follow that I received no help from this dealership so I will now have to ask a different dealership to fix a problem I believe was caused by Leta. No, I am not satisfied.
