Customer Service was very poor. Sale was good with Will. After that was just horrible. Getting a loaner out of the gate was a completely a joke. And overall it was dreadful. The worst I've ever experienced. Customer service was brutal. Way top many hands in the til! I even had to leave a message at your Customer Service department. C'mon! The last straw was the lost FOB. That muti-Point inspection was nothing close to multi-point. These things should have been addressed way sooner. That was a huge miss by your staff. And back to a loaner car first go around, the representative told me there was nothing she could do for me. Is that C/S, far from it. That's ridiculous. Take your money and wash your hands. Very disappointed. Will never buy from Leta from here on. Had the car less than 10 days and it broke down and had it towed. I hope you recognize that Customer service lacks huge! So much for getting an extended warranty from Leta! I'll go elsewhere. So overall satisfied, no! Sales was an A-, Customer service was an F. Many holes! Not good holes. And to think the thought they were doing me a favor in getting me a FOB, that by the way u lost! Really. Very unsatisfied!

We purchased the vehicle in part because it had a 90 day warranty. This was important as my husband is overseas serving his country. We wanted the peace of mind that if something went wrong, I was not left hanging. I called my salesman on Sunday and left a message explaining my problem. I received no reply all day Monday. I called again on Tuesday and finally got to speak with someone. Then I was told I would have to get the vehicle to the dealership on my own. Thanks for all the help. The salesman kept saying he needed to check with his manager regarding what I might have to pay for. I have had the car less than a month…it has a 90 day warranty. Thanks for taking the worry out of the experience…not! When I came in Wednesday to pick up my car I asked to speak with manager in the used car area. They knew I was not happy so left me sitting for over 10 minutes. I just my car and left. The repairs seem fine so far. The rest of the experience was total crap! Frank Letas customer service attitude was terrible and left me feeling betrayed.
