3pm appointment, waiting 15 mins to be greeted by service tech whom I had an appointment with but he didn’t seem to know that. Asked if I had an appointment. I had trim peeling on my 2019 rdx that I showed him and he said he would look at it and quote me. Forgot to do that. Didn’t offer discount for my service but when I asked did apply them so I’m grateful for that. I usually am told they will wash my vehicle up before giving it back to me. That was not mentioned and I had to go back and ask. When I asked I was told it would be washed and vacuumed. My vehicle didn’t seem very clean and it was clear that it was not vacuumed out. Things just seem to be going down hill and it saddens me as I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and my family for over 25. The level of service and care is just not there.
