Dropped off my car on Saturday @ 10:30am for an 11:30 am appointment. Oil change & recall. Was told it may not be finished on Saturday so it would be Monday. I received a text @ 8:35 am Monday informing me to review my multi-point inspection but nothing about the recall status so I called and was told there were replacing the crankcase bearing and it should be another hour or so. No updates or contact until I called at 3:35 pm and was told that she is working on warranty papers and should be ready in 30 minutes. Poor communication skills or it could be that the service department can’t handle the load or too many scheduled in a day. Not what service use to be when Jeff Lind and Pam Oakes were there. All I know is there is a lot of room for improvement and I know you have new advisors but I can’t even talk to the advisor when I call because you have added another layer of assistance that talks to the customer, then passes the message to the advisor who doesn’t call you back. So you have your answer.

I had an appointment and it took hours for an oil change. I had to take a work meeting and the music and multiple TVs were so loud there was not a place that was conducive to take the meeting without the noise. I searched the entire dealership for a “quiet” place and there was not one. Maybe consider cutting the loud music that is competing with the multiple loud TVs that are on different channels. Sensory overload and extremely over stimulating.

I will never come to this company again for a vehicle or for service of any kind. I was sold a vehicle, put $5000 down on it, and it needs a new engine. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I bring my car in every 3-4 months for oil changes and inspections. This visit I was made aware that I needed brakes and routers. If this would have been brought to my attention on my last visit I wouldn’t need routers. I do not appreciate the inconvenience and being up sold. I have a maintenance plan isn’t being used to its full potential, instead I’m paying out of pocket cost for repairs that could have been avoided.
