Appointment scheduled for 1030 am checkin was recorded at 1019 am. Service was not completed until 440 pm, and windshield installation did not begin until 145 pm. Staff was cordial and professional. Rodney very accommodating but outside vendor w glass was not available earlier due to some apparent reason. If appoint is made in advance for months and clients have to drive one and half hr to arrive it makes for unnecessary, long day. Feel if needed service appointment is said to be 2-3 hrs, it should be within that parameter. No problems but had evening scheduled event that was missed at 5pm. Service personnel on site and glass people apologetic but still very long day that was not expected to be almost double time indicated. This is why, I assume people by from local dealers. Next time I’m hoping when service is needed time range will be closer to as expected.
