I was told that my car had a recall on it and to take it to a manufacturer, but upon calling the manufacturer I was told there were no active recalls. I ended up having to wait for what felt like a long time. Upon picking up my vehicle the wrong car was identified and not mine, and the service men would not bring the vehicle around since it was nearby.
