He accommodated my need to be out of country for the weak that my car was there but I do not believe my tail light got replaced. Cougar texted the wrong number to let me know my car was ready. (Number was incorrect on the system. Had one incorrect number and one correct number… not sure why) I sat in the waiting room for much long(over an hour longer) than the quoted time. He knew I was waiting. It would have been nice if he would have checked the waiting room.

I would’ve been happier if I didn’t have to schedule 2 appointments to accomplish the inspection. I arrived at the dealership last week and was advised the state software wasn’t not functional. The employees added that it was down for days. That is hardly a helpful response when my appt was confirmed and I then realized you could have called me as a courtesy and didn’t.

Cougar was very responsive and obviously wanted to help fix our issue, but it did take several times to accomplish. Not his fault at all, but items were not all completely checked (drain hose in this case) before completion. Once again, he followed up and helped all along the way though.
