Service to my car and communication was great, very pleased with that. My only issue was when my car was brought out to me the rubber liner under my hood had been torn and was sticking up on the hood through the seam. Additionally there are two small spots on my hood where some sort of grease or paste dripped or splattered and it does not appear to be coming off easily.
