When I went into the service department I thought the people inside there was worried about lunch instead ov helping me and this make the 4 time I asked them to get my odometer backed on the screen and that wasn't taken care ov so what can you do for me?

I signed up for two warranty repairs, at the prompt of YOUR scheduling system, but you all couldn't fix them. But NO ONE bothered to tell me in advance, when I could have made the appointment elsewhere... I will not be back to your center unless it is for something specifically covered by my service plan. The quality has gone downhill over the last year.
None of this is Dee's fault.
