Derek was great…went above and beyond. I never spoke with Cougar. I took 4 phone calls and a failed online attempt to pay for the repairs. No one seemed to know what or how to take a payment…no return calls. Strange…I’ve never tried so hard to give someone money.
Again…Derek and his dept were great to work with and the quality of the work is top shelf.

My puddle lights still don’t work. When I went home and realized they still don’t work. I tried them on my wife’s 2024 MDX Advance. Hers don’t work either. I watched a few videos online and they should be working. I took video of them not working in our dark garage. I realize this isn’t David’s fault. But, I wasn’t satisfied as they still don’t work.
