Your service manager couger doesn't listen 2 times my car was g I ven back to me with low transmission fluid. I was told oh it's ok well according to the owners manual it's not ok. You did a timing belt & now my gas mileage **** I m getting 5 miles less per gallon. Also l believe you are doing stuff to my car so I'll buy a different one from you I'm not buying another car from you ever. I've been bringing my car to you for 6 years. Your service had gone down hill. You take advantage of the elderly. I intend to report this
