Greatest me outside. Ushered me into my service agent. He gave me an estimate of time for an oil change and a tire rotation. 1:15 was the estimate. I went for a walk and my car was done at 1:05. Finished my walk and right to the service desk. Very smooth, all the way through! Thank you Frank Leta Honda and all staff. 10/10

Purchased a used vehicle within 6 months ago. Was pleased to know they offered a warranty/service contract in the vehicle. I expressed to the sales rep that I would like to avoid having a monthly car payment along with getting stuck with costs to repair the vehicle. After assuring me my vehicle would be taken care of, I purchased the service agreement for several thousand dollars. I’m sure Leta made a decent profit on, or else they wouldn’t sell it. I had an issue with that vehicle and brought it to Leta for service. I had to pay a diagnosis fee even though I had the issue identified when I dropped it off. I was then informed the repair was not covered by service contract. I was then told it would be almost $600 to replace. Upon conversing with service staff and inquiring if anything could be done to alleviate the cost of the repair, due to me owning the vehicle less than 6 months. I was offered a total of $65 dollars in discounts which still resulted in the cost being more than my monthly payment. I understand they are running a business and was not expecting anything for free, however I do feel like more could have been done due to the personal equity I thought was built up during my awesome experience when purchasing the vehicle. Very disappointing that Leta failed to offer more of a discount to offset the cost of repair for the vehicle they sold me. What’s more, in obtaining quotes from other certified repair shops, several of there quotes were less than half of what Leta offered. The “Leta for Life” mantra does not appear to mean anything when it comes to maintaining relationships with returning customers.
