Ms. Brouillard was courteous and professional, even when I got agitated, and specific to her I was completely satisfied. However my request to keep the old part for inspection was not fulfilled by the technician who worked on the car, presumably because he forgot. If he was distracted, I am worried that the work he did was not executed with care and thoroughness. This was the reason for my agitation as well.

Advisor called to say tech could not find a problem and offered a ride along. I called back and left two messages within 20 minutes of his call about road force balancing the tires, he did not return my call. When I arrived back to the dealership and I went to look for my car, it was sitting outside the service drive up, Driver‘s window down with the key cupholder. I went back into the service department and asked how long it had been sitting there and was told about 10 to 15 minutes. I was very unhappy to find my car unsecured in that manner. I also realized, after leaving, that I received no documentation for my visit.

He checked me in quickly…explained the process and gave me an approximate time the service would take….He showed me to the waiting room and sent updates as my car was being serviced.
