Danielle was great. The receptionist who set my appointment, however, gave me poor information. She said it would be only a half hour to complete the inspection. When I arrived Danielle explained it would be 1 & 1/2 hours to complete. I asked for a courtesy ride home but there was no driver available. So I lost an hour of time. Please try to remedy this problem before my next visit.

I'm always so happy with the friendly, compassionate and caring service I receive when I have my car serviced, Christopher was exceptional as well as all the service staff.The only complaint I have is I've noticed every time after my car is serviced there's always grease boot marks all over my floor mats and surrounding areas of the vehicle, if they need to get into my glove compartment it's always a mess with things scattered on my floor, knocked out of the compartment, besides this I'm always happy with the efficiency and care of Frank Leta and I recommend you guys to all my friends and family!

Randy always has been my only servicer that I could trust and always be honest, provide me reasonable discount, always reply me my text on his phone regarding my car problems even after his working hours or his off work days to let me know of when will be his next working days so I could make appointment with him. He is the reason I stay expensive service here than to other cheaper place.
